    The Solomon Chapel Sunday School is a fun, relaxed setting in which students of all ages are engaged in prepared age appropriate lessons and activites that are desgined to motivate them to want to follow Jesus and give their best to the Master.

    Solomon Chapel is committed to following Christ’s example of servanthood.  There is no question that if we as Christians are going to grow and mature into Christ-like character, we must experience progress in giving of ourselves in ministry to and for others.

    The basic mission of the Solomon Chapel Christian Education Department (CED) is to provide a means for the local congreation to fulfill the mandate from Jesus Christ which requires a sharing of one's faith  through spreading the "Good News" of salvation to every living being in all age groups and stages of life, in such a way that  persons will become Christian Disciples.

    This department provides a means for the engagement in ministry in a decent and orderly manner, that is:

     

    • Biblical and scriptural according to the written Word of God

    • Focused directly on Jesus Christ

    • Centered on Christ’s incarnation, crucifixion and the resurrection

    • Demonstrated through the modeling, teaching, and mentoring of Jesus Christ

    AFTER SCHOOL TUTORIAL PROGRAM: G.L.A.D
    COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS

    This a free after school program provides homework assistance, tutoring, bible study and life skills. 

     

    Mondays & Wednesdays 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm (During month’s school in session)

    The Christian Education Department prepares and presents informative and entertaining programs and activities in observance of most commonly recognized Christian holidays to include Veteran’s Day.
